Both the Series 850 cages and Series 851 cages are available in two sizes and two styles. These self-contained cat/ferret cages may be ordered with or without floor grids.

Cage construction consists of solid panels on the back and right side, and # 2 wire mesh on the left side. The solid top panels are slotted to facilitate proper ventilation. The door of cage style 1 is fabricated from #2 wire mesh, while the door of cage style 2 is constructed from stainless steel rod. The doors are mounted to the cages with lift-off style hinges. A door mounted identification card holder (3"x5") will be placed at your specified location.

Animal comfort and cleanliness have been factored into the design of the cages. Two adjustable polyurethane resting boards provide sufficient climbing and exercise room; interior baffling and a tapered 2" deep pan located below the cage floor keeps the living area clean, and assures collection of all excreta.

The cages come with two stainless steel bowls (product code 131), and stainless steel retainer springs (product code167) to secure the bowls in place. Bowl opening plates are provided to prevent the animal from escaping when the bowls are removed.
